Supper Club: James Holdsworth

On Saturday 29th November we will be joined by London-based cook James Holdsworth who will be cooking, on site at ROAM Restaurant, an array of seasonal dishes in this one night supper club.

The menu:
Seaweed soda bread, whipped butter
Chicory salad with anchovy, confit ox tongue and pangratatto
Chicory salad, fennel & walnuts
Beef shin, Devon ale
Guinea fowl pie, guanciale & leeks
Cauliflower, Lincolnshire poacher & leek pie
Madeleines, blood orange cream


£65 per person
