Join us at ROAM Restaurant for a special one-night celebration of Nouveau wine and the best of Devon produce, in partnership with Sandridge Barton Wines.

For one evening, ROAM Co-Founder and former General Manager Miles Tuddenham returns to the kitchen to lead a relaxed, generous feast inspired by the rustic cooking of France and the incredible ingredients found here in Devon.

Expect a three-course feast, with dishes designed to celebrate the arrival of the new wine - from traditional pissaladière and warming Devon cassoulet to Provençal ratatouille, Pinot-Noir poached pear and estate-apple tarte tatin.

The menu brings together classic French techniques and flavours with locally sourced Devon ingredients, including Devon pork, confit duck, seasonal vegetables, local apples and other produce from our wonderful South West suppliers.

Throughout the evening, the team from Sandridge Barton Wines will guide us through a selection of wines, including their 2026 Nouveau wine, exploring the character of the wines and how they complement the food.

This is a relaxed, convivial evening centred around good food, young wine and great company - a little taste of France, with a distinctly Devon twist.

The Sandridge Barton winery begins at 18:00, leading into the feast at ROAM Restaurant at 19:00.
